ProMat and LogiMat 2025: A Recap and Turning Point in Warehouse Automation

ProMat 2025 booth

We’ve just wrapped up two of the most important events on the global warehouse and logistics calendar: LogiMat in Germany and ProMat in Chicago. For Locus, both events marked a pivotal moment in our company’s story.

From packed booths and energized conversations to strategic previews and media buzz, we left both shows with a deep sense of momentum and a clear signal that the future of warehouse automation is accelerating.

Showcasing Warehouse Automation

One of the biggest highlights for us was the preview of Array for our automation portfolio. Array is an AI-powered, zero-touch fulfillment system that delivers unbeatable economics and flexibility.

At LogiMat, we introduced Array through video demonstrations. Then at ProMat, we took things to the next level with exclusive, invitation-only live demos.

We hosted private tours and welcomed customers, prospects, analysts, and partners. The feedback was extraordinary, and I had the opportunity to attend many of the tours myself. Across the board, people were excited not just by the technology, but by what it enables, saying:

  • “Array is a game-changer.”
  • “Touchless operation, 24/7 — that was really interesting.”
  • “Seeing Array just created a five-year automation roadmap.”
  • “This is the most innovative product at ProMat this year.”

Before the doors even officially opened at ProMat, we previewed Array for a group of leading industry journalists. Their early coverage created buzz and helped drive interest in the scheduled tours.

LocusLABS and the Power of R&D

None of this would have been possible without our incredible Research & Development (R&D) team, who worked tirelessly to get Array ready for live demonstrations. Launching a solution of this magnitude, in front of a live audience, at one of the world’s largest industry events, is no small feat. It’s a significant milestone in Locus history and a testament to our team’s vision and execution.

ProMat also marked a strong showing for LocusLABS, where we demonstrated how our innovations are shaping the future of automation and translating directly into customer value. It’s one thing to talk about leading technology, but it’s another to show it in action. That’s exactly what LocusLABS delivered.

Introducing Robots to Goods (R2G) Automation

During our tours and conversations about Array, we also introduced our vision for an entirely new category of automation: Robots to Goods, or R2G. It’s a forward-thinking model that shifts traditional paradigms and drives speed, flexibility, and efficiency in a whole new way.

Industry analysts responded enthusiastically, recognizing the potential of R2G to transform how fulfillment centers operate. It’s a powerful validation of our approach and a glimpse into where the industry is heading.

Looking Ahead with Focus

While we’re excited about what’s coming, we remain laser-focused on the solutions we offer today. Origin and Vector deliver unmatched flexibility, unlimited throughput, and top value to our customers, and we’re committed to supporting those deployments while building for the future.

A Team Effort

Events like LogiMat and ProMat don’t come together overnight. They require vision, coordination, and effort across many teams. It truly takes a village to pull them off and I’m incredibly proud of the work our teams put in to make both events such a success.

We left both shows with strong leads, valuable feedback, and a renewed sense of purpose. More importantly, we left with validation in the form of real excitement from the market, from analysts, and from the people walking the floor and seeing our technology in action.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this to life.

We’re just getting started.
