WILMINGTON, MA – May 5, 2026 – Locus Robotics, the leader in Flexibility-First Warehouse Automation, today announced the promotion of Gina Chung to Chief Strategy Officer. In this expanded role, Chung will lead global corporate strategy, product direction, go-to-market strategy, corporate development and M&A, strategic partnerships, competitive intelligence, and high-priority growth initiatives.

Chung has served as Vice President of Corporate Development since joining Locus Robotics in 2023 and has played a central role in advancing the company’s corporate strategy, strategic business development, and partnership initiatives. Her appointment reflects the increasing importance of disciplined strategy, market intelligence, M&A, and ecosystem partnerships as warehouse automation becomes a defining investment priority for global supply chain operators.

Chung brings extensive experience in supply chain innovation, automation, technology partnerships, and global strategy. Prior to joining Locus Robotics, she served as Vice President of Innovation at DHL, where she led global innovation and R&D, technology partnerships, and the deployment of AI and automation across supply chain operations. She also launched and operated DHL’s Americas Innovation Center in Chicago and worked with DHL’s top 100 customers to drive measurable competitive advantage. She is originally from New Zealand and holds two degrees from the University of Auckland.
