Locus Robotics is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our partner marketing program. Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of our partner ecosystem through impactful, results-driven campaigns and strategic initiatives that drive growth and strengthen key partnerships.
In this strategic, high-impact role, you will define and lead the partner marketing function, creating and executing co-marketing strategies with our partners. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partner initiatives drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a balance of creative vision and data-driven execution.
This hybrid role is based out our Wilmington MA headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage key partner programs delivering on leveraging joint business goals, marketing initiatives, collateral, enablement and joint investments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of partner business strategies and their marketing plans and how Locus can work with and leverage.
- Develop and roll out end-to-end integrated partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with other Marketing and Sales teams.
- Lead partner communications, including the development and distribution of newsletters, coordination of partner onboarding, training programs (live and virtual), and management of ongoing education initiatives.
- Own and manage the partner portal ensuring content is up to date, resources are easy to access, and the platform supports partner enablement and engagement goals.
- Work with product marketing to develop joint messaging, solution briefs, slide presentations, web and social content, etc., defining each partnership.
- Work with the ecosystem partner across key tradeshows and events to plan, manage and drive on the ground activity in support of driving awareness and pipe.
- Deliver on a data driven approach with comfort level analyzing data to support strategy and planning, to create partner specific reporting, working with partner on tracking progress and reporting KPIs.
- Additional responsibilities include support for the Marketing Programs team with the execution of in-region marketing programs that include but are not limited to events, demand-generation campaigns, and nurture programs. (approximately 25%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing within B2B high-growth SaaS environments, with a strong track record of building and executing successful go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with strategic partners, channel ecosystems, and executing co-marketing initiatives using partner marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging narratives and marketing assets that influence executives, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
- Experience managing backend operations of partner portals and familiarity with partner enablement platforms.
- Familiarity in Salesforce, 6sense, and Asana (or similar CRM, ABM, and project management tools
- Solid understanding of partner marketing metrics and reporting best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient English written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-15% of the time.
