Locus Robotics is seeking a Deployment Specialist to implement our warehouse management solutions at customer sites. The Deployment Specialist will work in unique combinations of warehouse logistics, mapping, training, and relationship building with effective communications. 

This role requires extensive travel (up to 95%) across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and candidates must reside near a major airport to support frequent travel needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and deployment of complex robotic order fulfillment solutions, including robotic hardware and servers at customer locations.
  • Manage onsite customer relationships with multiple internal and external teams during the on-site implementation.
  • Assist with infrastructure and robot/software set-up, troubleshooting and support during initial system deployment.
  • Post installation on-site customer support.
  • Perform other duties as required. 

 Qualifications

  • Associates Degree Highschool diploma, or related experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with warehouse software or logistics systems deployment experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings.
  • Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware and robotics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) required to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
  • Proficient English written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • 95% travel is required with this role.
