Locus Robotics, (“Locus”) collects and processes Personal Data, as defined in our Privacy Policy and applicable employee and applicant privacy notices, about you in connection with your relationship and interactions with Locus, including, as applicable, as employee, applicant, or website visitor. Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Locus, you may have certain rights regarding our processing of your Personal Data as set forth below and in the privacy notice applicable to you.

Locus also provides services to business customers and may process limited Personal Data relating to individuals who use or interact with those services on behalf of our Customers as described in our Privacy Policy. In those circumstances, Locus generally processes the Personal Data on behalf of the applicable Customer, and the Customer determines how and why the Personal Data is processed. If your request relates to your use of a Locus service provided to you by one of our Customers, you should generally submit your request directly to that Customer. Locus will assist its Customers in responding to applicable data subject requests as required by applicable law and our contractual obligations.

Not all rights listed below apply in every jurisdiction or in every context. Locus will evaluate your request under the privacy law(s) applicable to you and your Personal Data.
