Global Impact
PurposeWhy Locus Robotics Exists
Our Mission
To empower fulfillment operations with intelligent, flexible automation that helps people work more productively, improves operational performance, and increases supply chain resilience.
Our Vision
A world where warehouse automation is adaptable, scalable, and accessible enough to help every operation continuously improve as business conditions change.
Origin Story
Locus Robotics was born on the warehouse floor.
The company was founded by the team behind Quiet Logistics, one of the earliest organizations to deploy mobile robotics in e-commerce fulfillment operations.
Following Amazon’s acquisition of Kiva Systems, warehouse operators faced the loss of a critical automation option. Recognizing that existing solutions were often too rigid, expensive, or difficult to scale, the founders set out to create a more flexible automation model.
The result was Locus Robotics: a platform designed specifically for real-world warehouse operations and built to evolve alongside changing fulfillment requirements.

Built for ChangeThe Flexibility Advantage
Warehouse operations rarely stand still. Demand fluctuates. Product assortments evolve. Labor availability changes. New workflows emerge. Yet much of the automation deployed over the last decade was designed around predictability. Locus Robotics was built differently.
Our Flexibility-First Automation approach helps operators automate more warehouse work without locking themselves into rigid infrastructure or fixed operating models. Through LocusONE®, robots, people, inventory, and tasks work together through a connected platform that can adapt as fulfillment requirements change.
Whether supporting an existing brownfield operation or serving as the foundation for a new greenfield facility, Locus gives organizations a practical path to scale automation over time.
Expand Across Workflows
Picking, putaway, replenishment, transport, sortation, and autonomous fulfillment work through one connected platform.
Scale Without Disruption
Add capacity and automation capability without repeatedly redesigning operations.
Designed for Long-Term Growth
A RaaS model aligns technology, support, optimization, and innovation throughout the customer journey.
Enterprise ScaleProven at Enterprise Scale
Locus Robotics supports fulfillment operations ranging from regional distribution centers to complex global warehouse networks. Enterprise operators choose Locus because they need automation that can perform consistently while adapting to real-world operational variability.
Today, the platform supports deployments across retail, e-commerce, third-party logistics, healthcare, and industrial environments. Delivered through a Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, customers often begin with a specific workflow, then expand automation across facilities, regions, and operational functions through the same connected ecosystem.
Physical AIPhysical AI in the Warehouse
Automation succeeds when systems can understand, navigate, and respond to the realities of the physical world. At Locus Robotics, Physical AI combines autonomous movement, robotic manipulation, real-time operational data, and warehouse orchestration to help robots sense, decide, move, and act.
This intelligence helps coordinate work across robots, workers, inventory, and workflows while continuously improving operational performance.
