Locus Robotics was just named one of the 2019 MHI Innovation Award Finalists for “Best New Innovation” and we couldn’t be more proud – or excited.

Our entry, the Locus Robotics Gamification feature, advances the capabilities of Locus’s powerful autonomous robotic solution to both improve the working experience for human employees, while also maximizing productivity and throughput for retail and 3PL customers.

The Gamification feature uses real-time order picking data that you can use to create fun and engaging internal competitions that motivate and reward warehouse workers for achieving higher order fulfillment productivity levels. This is especially valuable for companies that integrate pay-for-performance (PFP) programs to incent their workers.

After receiving 108 submissions for this year’s awards from ProMat 2019 exhibitors, including three from Locus, four finalists were chosen for the category based on concept, value, and impact. Winners will be announced at ProMat 2019 in Chicago, April 8-11.
